SUMMARY:Turkey Bowl Race
DESCRIPTION:34th Annual Turkey Bowl\nThanksgiving Day\nThe 5K (3.1 mile) race is a cross-country type race that will take you through our beautiful camp and around our lake. It has a mixture of paved\, gravel\, and grassy paths. Includes some hills. \nThis year our event will be back to the usual format. We will have to 1 Mile Children’s Fun Run which stays on the main campus. The 5k race will follow this and the course will start inside the main part of camp and follow a route that will take runners around the lake and up through the woods of our camp. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOnline Registration \n* Online registration will end Thursday 9:00 a.m. \nMail in Registration – use online registration \n\n\nRace Day Registration online only. \n\n\nRace Courses: \n\n\n1 Mile Fun Run 2025 \n\n\n5k Course Map 2025 \n\n\n\n\nCosts:  \n\n\n5k Race is $30.00 through 11/13/2025 and $40.00 after 11/13/2025. \n\n\n1 Mile Children’s Fun Run is $10.00 \n\n\nMom or Dad may run alongside their child in the Fun Run at no charge. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nTimes: \n\n\n1 Mile Children’s Fun Run begins at 9:10 a.m. \n\n\n5k Race begins at 9:40 a.m. \n\n\n\n\nRegistration and race packet pick-up will begin on 11/27/2025 starting at 7:45 a.m. \n\n\nRegistration and check-in are in the camp’s Dining Hall \n\n\nFor those who are preregistered\, you can head to the back of the dining hall to the Pre-Registered check in table to pick up your race bib and your t-shirt. \n\n\n\n\nSponsored by: The race is sponsored by area businesses. Sponsors 2025 \n\n\nAwards: \n\n\nAll child participants who finish the 1 Mile Fun Run will receive a Finisher’s Medal. \n\n\nFirst place trophies to the overall female and male runners of the 5K race. \n\n\nMedals to the top three male and female finishers in each age group in the 5K Race. \n\n\nChip Timing for the 5k Race will be provided by Second Wind Race Timing.
