Rental Information

Tel Hai Camp & Retreat is a semi-rustic, yet modern and clean facility, with winter, spring, and fall accommodations for 140-180, and summer accommodations for up to 180.

Tel Hai Camp & Retreat is available for churches, Christian schools, and other para-church organizations whose objectives agree with the camp by-laws and who are in sympathy with the camp's Statement of Faith. 

• Reservation Process

  • Verbal reservations may be held for two weeks.

  • A contract must be signed and returned with a deposit of 25% of expected total to confirm and secure retreat.

  • A PA Tax Exemption Certificate will need to be submitted to be tax exempt.

  • The Guest Detail Sheet, Beechwood Room Assignment, Participant Agreement Form and other information are required by the listed due dates.

  • Food allergy and/or Food Intolerance information from guests is needed 1-2 weeks before your retreat to assist the Food Service Director with menu planning. After booking your retreat, you will be sent a link to our online Food Allergy Form which you can circulate to your group members. If you do not receive this, please contact our Guest Services Coordinator.

  • A final count is due no later than five days prior to arrival.

• Important Details

  • Minimum booking of one night and three meals.

  • Minimum group size is 15.

  • Minimum and maximum numbers are required when you book. You will be obligated to pay for no less than your minimum guarantee number.

  • The package rates generally include meals, lodging, one meeting room, a snack each evening and scheduled recreation times.

  • Facilities are not available for retreats mid June through August.

  • Facilities for day groups are generally not available on weekends.

  • Weekend Package: 5 meals, two nights, two snacks, one meeting room, scheduled recreation times.

    • Goshen, Jaffa, Bethel, & Berea: price is per person.

    • Spruce Lodge & Log Cabins: price is per person.

    • Beechwood Lodge (private rooms; linens provided):

      • Price is per person (Double Occupancy)

      • Price is per person (Triple & Quad Occupancy)

      • Price is per person (Single Occupancy)

  • One Night Retreats:  Day rate plus 40% surcharge.

  • Three & Four Night Retreats: 5% discount.

  • Day Guest Rates: Breakfast $9.90, Lunch $13.86, Supper $16.80. Lodging varies.
