What every retreat package includes
Every overnight retreat package at Tel Hai bundles your lodging, your meals, and your meeting space into one per-person rate. Facilitated activities, day-guest meals, and special meal experiences are priced separately as add-ons, so your base rate stays predictable and your group only pays for the extras it chooses.
Rates below are per person and vary by package length and lodging type. All overnight packages include lodging, meals, and meeting space. A minimum group size of 15 applies.

Facilitated Activities
Facilitated adventure activities, per person: Challenge Course $6.00 (2 hrs) / $8.50 (3 hrs) / $15.00 (full day); Giant Swing $7.00; Zip Line $7.00; Climbing Wall $7.00. Each activity is staff-led and requires advance booking.
Day Guest Meals
Day-guest meals for groups, not on an overnight package, per person: Breakfast $11.60, Lunch $16.25, Supper $19.55.
Special Meal Experiences
Special meal experiences, such as campfire meals, outdoor picnics, and wagon rides with snacks. Pricing varies by group size and setup; contact our Guest Services team to add one to your retreat.

Yes. Our retreat packages require a minimum group size of 15. If your group is smaller, contact our office and we can discuss day-use options or other arrangements that may work.
Different lodging buildings offer different levels of accommodation, from bunk-style cabins to Beechwood Lodge’s motel-style rooms with private bathrooms and linens provided. Your per-person rate reflects the lodging your group selects. We’ll help you find the option that best fits your group and your budget.

Returning groups may receive a discount when they rebook. If your group is currently retreating with us, let us know within two weeks of your retreat if you would like to reserve a similar weekend for the following year, and we’ll do our best to secure it.
