Here is how it works, from inquiry to your last meal:
Tel Hai’s booking process is straightforward. We’ve guided thousands of groups and will support you with your questions and at your pace .
Send us an inquiry with your group size, preferred dates, and what you’re hoping for your retreat weekend. We’ll respond with availability and a recommended package within two business days.
When you’re ready, we’ll send you a contract with the dates, lodging assignments, meeting spaces, and meal plan. Your deposit holds your weekend on the calendar. Bookings can be made up to one year in advance.
We’ll share planning resources, including sample retreat schedules, our 9 Tips for Planning a Retreat guide, and a Guest Group Detail Sheet, so you can plan with confidence. Your retreat coordinator will be in regular contact with our Guest Services team in the weeks leading up to your weekend.
When your group arrives, we have everything ready: Beds made (in Beechwood), meals planned, meeting rooms set up, and activities staffed. Our team is on-site throughout your stay so you can focus on the people you came to lead.

We recommend submitting your inquiry at least three months before your desired dates. This gives us time to plan and ensures availability. For peak seasons, booking earlier helps secure your preferred timeframe.
Our rates cover lodging, meals, and access to all facilities and activities. Custom packages are available depending on your group’s specific needs. We’ll outline everything clearly once we understand your vision.
Yes. Our kitchen team handles dietary restrictions and preferences. Let us know about allergies, vegetarian needs, or other requirements when you submit your inquiry.
Cancellations made sixty days or more before your retreat receive a full refund. Cancellations within sixty days are subject to a deposit fee. We’ll provide complete details in your booking agreement.
