Most co-ops ask parents to lead or host a class in exchange for a spot. Tel Hai's classes are led entirely by our staff, so you get a real break while your student gets a dedicated instructor.

Enrich Your Homeschooling Program With Hands On Learning
Tel Hai’s homeschool classes give your student a break from the workbook without giving up structure. Fall classes cover climbing, cooking, pickleball, and PA history. And spring classes bring canoeing and kayaking, archery, Lego exploration, as well as cooking back into the schedule.
Every class runs at Tel Hai’s own facility, so your family gets real instruction in a real outdoor setting rather than a rented classroom.
Registration happens by mail. Print the registration form along with the Health and Agreement form, complete both, and send them with payment to Tel Hai Camp & Retreat. Every student who finishes a class receives a certificate of completion, giving you documentation to keep in your homeschool portfolio.

Our Story
A Place Set Apart Since 1950
Tel Hai means “Hill of Life.” It began in 1950 as a summer outreach to inner city kids from New York City, giving them a real camp experience and the love of God in nature. Seventy five years later, Tel Hai is still doing the same thing on the same land, with the same mission, just on a larger scale
Today, Tel Hai’s camp programs and retreat center operate year round on 150 acres in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania, partnering with churches, ministries, and families whose values align with ours. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a proud member of the Christian Camp & Conference Association.
